Originally I posted blogs for my eLearning authoring class. Although I decided to use this page for my professional portfolio, I debated whether to continue posting. After I added another page to explain my online course development process, I realized that I wanted to re-examine what I learned and experienced at Boise State. Some of the things I learned still have little impact at my work, while other organizational performance facts became more relevant of late.
No two institutions, much less instructional design teams, are funded or managed the same way, but we face many of the same challenges, like AI use and ADA compliance. Perhaps posting can me help think of new ways to define and improve performance.
